How is your vehicle rentals priced? What constitutes a day, weekend, and week?
Our rentals are based on 24 hour periods, so one day is 24 hours, a weekend is 3 days beginning Thursday, Friday, or even Saturday, and a week rental is 7 days.
Do you rent vehicles by the hour?
We certainly try to accommodate all persons request however if you were to rent a vehicle on an hourly rate you would be charge approximately 35% of the daily rental per hour. On average a person will end up renting the vehicle for 3 to 4 hours which means the cost for a 3 to 4 hour period will more than likely succeed the daily rental rate. So why not enjoy the vehicle for a full 24 hours for the same amount or less money?
Is it possible to arrange delivery and pick up services for our rental vehicle? Is there a cost involved?
We are happy to offer complimentary delivery and pick up services to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport and the College Park Marta Station. Our rental vehicles can also be delivered to your residence, place of business, hotels, or any address for a nominal fee. Please discuss delivery options with your reservation specialist.
If I am traveling from another country can I rent with Prestige Luxury Car Rentals Atlanta?
Absolutely, we love all clients no matter their origin. Please review our International Guest requirements under Rental Policy.
Do I need my own full coverage insurance?
We do require that all renters provide proof of insurance which will be verified at the time of rental. If you do not have insurance coverage please contacts us directly to find out your options.
I have Car Rental Insurance on my credit card; will this suffice as full coverage insurance?
While a nice perk of being a cardholder if cards from American Express, Visa and MasterCard this coverage is normally secondary to your primary insurance therefore you will still need primary insurance coverage. However feel free to contact your Credit Card Customer Service to find out more details on their policy. As long as the insurance policy can be verified we are happy to accept the policy.
Is there a mileage restriction on your vehicles?
Prestige Luxury Car Rentals Atlanta is happy to offer 150 complimentary miles per day with each rental. Additional miles will be charged at varies rates depending on the vehicle. We also offer a discount for prepaid mileage. Please discuss rates and options with your reservation specialist.
Can your vehicles be driven outside of the State of Georgia?
One of the best features of Atlanta, Georgia is its close proximity to neighboring states with this in mind we understand you may want to drive your luxury and exotic vehicle out of state. We just ask that 1) you place your request in writing to us and 2) you visit the neighboring states only. And when we say neighboring we mean the states that border Georgia therefore California and NY are completely out of question.
If I live in another state is it possible to have one of your vehicles delivered to my home?
It would be a pleasure for us to assist as many guest as possible therefore we are happy to deliver to other states. Depending on the distance from our Atlanta location we may require a minimum rental. For example if you are located approximately 4 hours from our location we require your rental equal to $2500, in addition to this minimum, a delivery/pick up fee will be charged.
If I do not qualify for your rental because of the age requirements can I have someone who is older than me rent the vehicle for me?
Unfortunately, if you do not meet the age requirement you will not be able to drive our vehicles. All drivers/renters must be noted on the rental agreement and must meet our rental requirement in order to be placed on the contract as an additional driver.
Do I need to reserve my vehicle in advance?
We suggest you reserve your desired vehicle as soon as possible to ensure the vehicle’s availability. Additionally, when you reserve your vehicle you also lock in the rental rate at the quoted price which means if there are any adjustments in the rate you will not be affected. Do you accept walk ins or same day rentals?
While we do prefer a reservation is made in advance we are happy to accept same day rentals and walk ins. We just ask that you practice a little patience as we prepare your rentals documents, verify insurance, and prepare the vehicle for your enjoyment.
Do you offer vehicles in both automatic and standard transmissions?
While all of our vehicles are automatic, several vehicles come with the Trip-tronic option which allows you to drive the vehicle in automatic or experience a manual transmission with the paddle shifters.
I am visiting and have no idea where I am going; do your vehicles have Navigation?
The majority of our vehicles come equipped with a built in navigation however if your vehicle does not we are happy to provide one at no additional charge.
We are traveling as a family and will need a child-seat or booster seat; do you provide child seats or booster seats?
Absolutely, we offer child seats and booster seats at no extra cost. Your children’s safety is important to us.
Help, I don’t know how to drive this vehicle? What are all these buttons for?
Relax, we are here to ensure you will enjoy your rental and get the most out of your vehicle. Prior to departing our Rental Office a Car Valet will provide you with a brief tutorial on how to operate the vehicle and all the vehicles features.
Where or how do I pick up my vehicle?
We offer a few options; you may pick your vehicle up at our local office, have the vehicle delivered to the airport complimentary, or for an additional have the vehicle delivered to you at a location of your choice. If you have opted to have your vehicle delivered to the airport the pickup location will be determined by your flight information. Once we receive your flight information you will be given exact instructions by your Reservation Specialist. Should you have any questions feel free to contact us.
Can I leave my vehicle on your premises?
Yes, you may, however we cannot any liability while it is on our premises.
If I am involved in a car accident what do I do?
Your safety is the most important please contact 911 immediately, file a police report, and then contact us directly.
What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
The likelihood of this occurring is slim since all of our vehicles are the newest models however you may experience a flat tire, run out of gas, or perhaps lock the keys in the vehicle. If any of these incidents occur please contact our Roadside Assistance at
